The Murder of Roger Ackroyd

One of the fastest and most ingenious whodunits I’ve ever read and from one of my favorite authors, Agatha Christie. I enjoyed the BBC Radio Full-Cast Dramatization version of this, which is similar to an audiobook, and the eBook as well. Well, I had no choice since the paperback version of this takes forever to find and this belongs to the ancient times as my friend tells me. LOL. The ending was just wicked/twisted! Lots of red herrings, even the cover has one, that’s why I’ve never really expected the identity of the murderer. I’m still recovering. Shoot! Why?! Overall, the book is very well written and fast-paced and it keeps you using your little grey cells/guessing until the end who really murdered Roger Ackroyd. A fascinating read! Two thumbs up for this masterpiece. :))

Understand this, I mean to arrive at the truth. The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.
